Refund Policy

As we specialize in made to measure clothing, we generally do not accept refunds or returns. Each product is custom made to your specified measurements, and thus, the following conditions apply:

1. Non-Returnable Items: All made to measure products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions outlined in 2.

2. Mismatched Measurements: If the delivered product does not match the measurements provided  with a tolerance of ±1 inch, you are eligible for a full return. The waist measurement will always be  1 inch to account for margins.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. It should not have been worn or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the measurement discrepancy, all approved exchanges/replacement (if any) will be completed and delivered within 10 business days.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.
